In November 2014 Joshua Clemens President Ridgeline Excavating Inc. acquired Railroad Specialties civil division. This was a company not unfamiliar to Josh as he had managed and helped to build the division of RSI from a $2M a year division to a $20M a year division in four shorts years as V.P. of the Civil Division. Starting in 2008 as the companies finish blade hand and working his way up to Vice President Civil Division will always be one of the greatest mile stones of his career. Although Ridgeline's humble beginnings were primarily railroad based we have expanded our service areas as a heavy civil contractor in the state of Colorado to commercial industrial development , residential development, oil field civil services, design build contracting, and trucking.
